Pei Zhang

Short Bio: Pei Zhang is a Professor at Tianjin University. He was Vice Dean of International School of Renewable Energy at Beijing Jiaotong University. He was the Director of Smart Grid in Resource Group of Accenture and the Program Manager leading Grid Operation and Planning group at Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) in USA. He obtained his Ph. D. degree from Imperial College, United Kingdom. His research interests include power system operation and planning, power market and application of AI into power system. He is CSEE Fellow, IEEE Fellow and AAIA Fellow. He has co-authored four books and published over 300 technical papers.
Xue Li
Northeast Electric Power University, China
Short Bio: Dr. Xue Li is a Professor at the School of Electrical Engineering, Northeast Electric Power University (NEEPU). She received her Ph.D. degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA, in 2015. Her research focuses on high-performance and robust computing in power systems analysis, integrated energy systems and power grid resilience and stability. She has authored over 80 SCI/EI-indexed papers, disclosed over 30 national invention patents, and led multiple national grants including three NSFC projects, participated one NSFC–UKRI–EPSRC project. She was selected for the CSC International Clean Energy Innovative Talent Program, named a Top-notch Innovative Talent of Jilin Province, and is a two-time recipient of the Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.
